This policy describes what data the Gistics website collects and how we use it. By submitting a form you consent to the collection and processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.
What data we receive
Your name, phone number, email, company name and message text, if you provided them; the address of the page the request was sent from and advertising tags (UTM). Your IP address is stored only as an irreversible hash to protect against spam.

To contact you, prepare a quote and a commercial offer, and to assess which advertising channels work.
Who we share data with
The data is available only to Gistics employees who process requests. We do not sell or transfer it to third parties except as required by law. The website may use web analytics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics) that collect anonymized visit statistics.
How long we keep it
Until the purposes of processing are achieved or consent is withdrawn. To withdraw consent or delete your data, write to lo@gistics.kz.
