When you rent, you pay per square meter and hire storekeepers yourself, and buy packaging, shelving and scanners. With fulfillment you pay for completed operations: a picked order, a unit prepared for shipment, storage. Staff, equipment, the WMS and runs to marketplaces are on us.
FBS — goods are stored with us and we pick each order as it arrives. FBO and FBW — we prepare batches and ship them to Wildberries and Ozon warehouses. For Kaspi we work from our own warehouse: the order is picked at Gistics and handed over to Kaspi Delivery or Kaspi Express. We also do cross-docking.
Yes. Your goods sit in one warehouse and the WMS keeps a shared stock: an order from Kaspi, WB or Ozon is deducted from the same inventory. You don’t need separate stock for each marketplace.
Yes. We collect the cargo from the transport or cargo company, count it, check for defects, label it and put it into storage or straight into a marketplace shipment.
