Kaspi rates sellers on speed and accuracy: delayed and cancelled orders hurt your store rating and search positions. When the owner or a single storekeeper does the picking, mistakes and delays are inevitable on peak days — sales, holidays and “Kaspi Juma”.
With fulfillment, orders are picked by scanner in the WMS and runs to Kaspi go on schedule several times a day. You stop thinking about the warehouse and can grow your range: shelf space scales with your sales, and you pay only for completed orders.
Another advantage is a single stock. If you sell not only on Kaspi but also on Wildberries or Ozon, your goods sit in one place and an order from any marketplace is deducted from the shared inventory.

Your goods are stored at a Gistics warehouse, which is set as the dispatch point in your Kaspi Store. When a customer places an order, it lands in our system automatically: we pick, pack and hand it to Kaspi delivery or issue it via pickup. You see stock and statuses in your dashboard.
Picking and packing an order costs from 200 ₸ for items up to 0.5 kg, from 300 ₸ up to 1 kg and from 590 ₸ up to 5 kg. The price includes receiving, integration, labeling, dispatch to the marketplace and returns handling.
Yes, Kaspi Express and pickup are available at our warehouses in Astana and Almaty.
Free of charge. We accept the return, inspect the item and, if it is in good condition, put it back into stock so it is available for sale again.
Yes, pre-orders and detailed reports are available in your dashboard. If goods are still in transit, we receive them and immediately process the accumulated orders.
You don’t need a warehouse — Gistics becomes your warehouse. To sell on Kaspi you need a registered business: a sole proprietorship or an LLP. If you don’t have a company yet, we can help you register an LLP.
